The standard delivery timeline is 7 business days. We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping options for our customers. We offer standard and expedited shipping methods, with delivery times varying based on your location after a purchase has been made. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Item(s) purchased are subject to the Return/Exchange/Refund if Lumeek receives the purchased item(s) within:
Timeline
- 7 business days from the date of delivery/Pickup for orders placed within Enugu, Nigeria.
- 14 business days from the date of delivery for orders placed within Nigeria but out of Enugu, Nigeria.
- Lumeek should receive the order within the stipulated timeframe for the order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Exceptions:
- All items purchased/picked up after a fitting in person at the store are eligible for a refund, exchange, or return on a case-by-case basis.
- All custom-made orders are eligible for a refund, exchange, or return on a case-by-case basis.
- We offer alteration services for all custom orders.
- Lumeek reserves the right to reject returns that are sent beyond the returns of item(s) that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- To facilitate an exchange, refund, or return, item(s) must be in the same condition as when received within the stipulated time frame, with tags intact, and accompanied by the receipt as proof of purchase.
Charges & Refund
- You are responsible for the charges incurred to send the item(s) back to Lumeek.
- In case of an exchange due to your preference or mind change you are responsible for the delivery charges required.
- The re-delivery fee cost will be relayed according to the current cost of the logistic company we use.
- Once we receive the item(s), it will follow an inspection routine of 48 hours.
- We will notify you of the status of your exchange or refund after 48 hours.
- An exchange will be shipped within 3 days after the 48-hour inspection of the returned item(s).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Paystack charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, depending on the payment gateway, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your bank account.
- Refunds will be processed using the same gateway the item(s) were paid for. Example: Paystack, Cash, or Card Payments.
Product Conditions
At Lumeek, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth exchange or refund process, please review our product conditions below:
- All items must be received in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and free from blemishes. Additionally, they must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items received in terrible damaged condition, regardless of the circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, regardless of circumstance. Only full-price items qualify for our refund or exchange policy.
- If you receive a faulty item, you must file a complaint within 3 days of delivery. You have up to 7 working days from the delivery date to return the faulty item. After this period, we will no longer accept returns for any reason.
